Didn't have the mood to take nice peetures of my hair.
I shall just show you the difference between straight and curled hair.
More specifically, the age difference haha!

I thought I should share about my perming experience in case people actually liked how I styled it.
It was my 1st time perming after more than 5 years of straight, rebonded hair.
Simone's "5 years never change hairstyle not boring meh?" was probably the trigger.
That said, I was awfully fearful of how my hair would turn out under the hands of inexperienced. Already I thought my rough "pom pom" hair doesn't suit perming, but I pressed on in the end :P
I asked around the forum to see which salon does perming job best at a cheap rate, so ta da! I found it!
Cindy was very patient in explaining what comes with perming, how my hair would look like.
She was always present at the important period like putting my hair in the rollers etc. I was a bit miffed that she couldn't be the one doing everything for me even though I specifically booked my appointment with her. I supposed I only have myself to blame for going down on a weekend. Booo.
Anyway for newbies like me, she suggested that we try medium-sized curl because it is actually hard for us to learn how to manage big curls that we see on celebrities even though they looked the nicest IMO. Eventually these medium-sized curls will turn big as the perming effect gets weaker giving us our wish :P
So save $ do medium-sized curl and your perm last longer hahaha!
