[[3nd]]

Last day. We were scheduled for a morning call at 4.30am. Felt somewhat tired after shopping at XimenTing and Shilin. Nonetheless I stayed awake and watched TV till 1am.

Things I liked about Taiwan:
  • Shopping!!!
  • Sceneries
  • People
  • How low their currency is as compared to ours :P
  • Those on trip with me. Mr Chng's family =) real sweet
  • TV shows ( I had became an expert on channel flicking)
  • Open air concert, much much more exciting and impactful
  • Cute packaging
  • More considerations put in reviving culture tourism
  • Lower temperature
Things I liked about SG
  • Shopping!
  • People
  • TV shows
  • Organised city planning
  • Best in almost everything
  • Changi airport!! There are carpets lor, TW de don't have
  • No chinese over floods
  • Lesser expressways
  • Not many derelict buildings (or as little as I saw)

Yep! That's the end. Wanted to put up some pictures, but my dad eyesight.. sigh. Even I wasnt satisfied about those spastic pictures of me. Chao me for it and I shall consider =p.

We got lucky. Taiwan got hit by earthquake on the day we got home. No wonder the tourguide said that their meteologists were not accurate. They said the temperature would drop to 10 degress or even lesser, but instead an earthquake struck. That's like a huge difference... hope the peeps would be ok.
  • Relatively warmer temperature

Hohoho! Merry Christmas. My first christmas overseas leh =) alas, christmas wasn't their official holiday. No wonder I didnt see much light decoration round the city.

Sat on the big big ferris wheel and it sucks. It was so damn freaking slow and there wasn't much city sceneries to see. Dad was taking video with the stupi video cam. The couple behind us in their "container" zi lian lor.. thought my dad was shooting them. AHAHAHA comical.

Watched the guards changing parade at 忠烈祠 a place built in memory of those who為國捐軀. The tour guide said those guards must be of certain height and weight as well as nicer facial features. They got the height la, but too thin and not shuai enough. Took spastic pictures with them then with the trees and flowers lol. Nothing much lor, never throw the rifle one.

Finally saw 西門町and 士林夜市. First thing I did was to queue up for the 士林炸雞排, absolutely delicious yum! 西門町is really paradise for youths like us. Orchard road and bugis street? Forget it man. Didn't buy much though, prices at 西門町 is about the range at orc. For people who lived and die by street and jap style, that would really be their heaven.

All in all, I missed SINGAPORE!!!!! Admittedly, I did not have a really bad time over there. Afterall, the tour guide managed to trick one 賓榔西師 onboard and my dad took fantastic vid, who could complain? However, after seeing so many empty spaces and derelict buildings. I am ultra glad to call Singapore my home.

台中- again we shopped, at 逢甲夜市. More things available, but I still prefer 高雄夜市, probably due to the people ba. Managed to get a pair of boots. WEeeeeeee so happy since I had been planning to get them.

Had "Sabu Sabu" for dinner. The irritant was even more irritating than usual. Shan't write it down, else it would get me all fired up. All I wanted to say was, it involves smoke getting into his eyes.

No wonder parents these days don't want many children. With irritants like these, vasectomy and ligation are good options.

Temples. Lots of them. Managed to see 5 "se li zi" out of god knew how many. Everyone was trying so hard just to see that extra one more than the others to prove that they had more fate with the gods.

Paid NT1o to see my 簽. It was an automated machine, but it was comical to see the "god" going into a small room to draw out a 簽 for me =) I asked about A's obviously. GOOD 1 wor =) ( shall go to Guanyin temple to comfirm though =p )

高雄夜市 was damn cool la! The bad side was going there with parents. You had to think twice before showing them what you want. Especially my ma... my dad was fine he let me buy what I wanted. It was teen's world lor. Sigh. Should have bought more stuff. Only got 2 shirts, but I bargained with the seller weee so fun =) 高雄 people are so warm =)

花連/台東 - The weather today was excellent. Finally saw the sun. Took lots of photos at the river area(太魯閣). The air was very very fresh.

The scenery was too much to take in. Water, granite, mountains, blue sky, white clouds. If not for the lack of entertainment and people, I would have lived there.

The people kept on psycho-ing us about the wonders of 靈芝, which apparently was good but they jacked up the price to NT26000. Dad said that was too expensive.

Kept having death thoughts whenever night fell. Couldn't run to my dad when such thoughts happened, he has much more problems than this.

Hoped I'd remember to buy some 靈芝 next time for them. I want to see them for as long as I can.

Trees and more trees.
Waves and more waves.
Roads and more roads.

Yesterday wasnt a good night. Tossed and turned throughout the night. Journey through the mountain roads today wasn't fun. A person whom don't easily get car sick might easily vomit out during this journey. Thank goodness for the sceneries, it made me felt that everything was worth it.

Visited the 媽祖廟in天平 went to 九份 for light shopping and their 小吃. Their 干面 was nice. Streets of 九份 was very colourful but due to the strong winds and low temperature, there wasn't much people. We bought some 太陽餅 over there and it turned out to be really delicious. How so ? For a person who hate the bread smell from bakeries, I already ate about 5. It was that good. Damn it, they didn't provide overseas sales =(

Speaking of cold. It was really cold. Geography lied. It said people go beach during summer as the coastal areas would be cooler. Vice versa for autumn/winter. IT AIN'T TRUE !!!! Just imagine YJ's LT4/2 + strong winds. My ears nearly numbed during the time spent in 野柳地質公園. Even my mom turned back half way to the bus as it was really cold. No more enduring strong winds, my adidas would be on me the whole time. All these just to see the queen's head.

Apparently due to wave actions, the rock turned out to look like British queen's head. Her neck was estimated to be totally erodedin 20 years time. Tour guide said if we knocked it down, our names would be in history books lol.

Cool. 15 degress C. I was able to withstand the cold outside the airport while waiting for the tour bus. No wait, shuttle bus. What sort of hell have I gotten myself into?

This Kilin Hotel was 3 *, the interior sucks as much as the exterior. Even my trip to M'sia last time was way better. There was obviously nothing to eat nearby and the walls were so permeable that you could practically hear people boiling their water.

It didn't helped that our dinner was at their restaurant at 9pm++. God knows how much snot and saliva were in the food. It's even worse with the irritant around.

Let tomorrow be better.

Please.

AIPS rocks!!!!!!!! 6/7 6/8 rules!!!!!!!! Ahhhh... too happy le. Ever since the spastic day @ J8 with the gang, there havent been any event that could make me smile after it, and ya practially in euphoria now.

Had a grouchy morning since I have to be out with my bro (parents obviously), still could not find the right temper to communicate. It seemed so long ago when I took him downstairs for a stroll.

Reached Cityhall earlier than expected and went to buy some coffee for my breakfast. It was damn useful that Minlong is so damn tall, coz there was simply too many people over there. Could not remember 2 people, as for the rest... every memory flooded like crazy. Jolin was so thoughtful to bring the class photo to let people identify on another. Due to her.. erm pocket size, she was the joke of the day lol.

Did lots of bo liao walking since our intention wasnt shopping. All we needed was a nice place, with seats n for Jolin, a toilet nearby and just crap. Which was what we mainly did. Thanks to my picky-ness they attempted to strangle me for countless time. Lol.. Setting wasnt nice, too crowded, chair not nice and everything... lol.

Finally landed ourselves in Fish n Co. and the whole day just came to a wonderful conclusion in Novena. Spastic photos, never ending cold jokes by Jin Fu which sent us all laughing for a good 10 mins/ joke. Noisest group of the day certainly, biggest group no doubt.

Had some negative thoughts initially about the outing since there were afterall people whom I didnt wish to see. Thank goodness they left just as quickly knowing that we simply a) could not be bothered or b)could not click with them.

Oh yes, if you happen to drown in the river directly in front of Esplanade, you will find big white balls with people's wishes written on it. Go search for one that says AIPS Pioneer Batch 2000 lol.

[[0u+]]

Finally got back some long-dued cash =) went out with Li Hui and that crazy woman decided to have excutive meals... conclusion ? She missed her interview @ 3pm ahahaha. Apparently she said I tok-ed to much. Like she didnt reply me ? Oh wells

Went to that stupi Recruit Express @ Raffles for her nxt interview. The place suck. It's too uptight for people looking for temp jobs. Not as dynamic as the one I seen in Tamp. Eeks. Thank goodness I am outta the country in 5 days time.

Felt ultra good to get it all out of my chest about the B*****D in the house. While obviously I could only say the stuff based on my perception, LH was shocked to hear those stories. Guessed that is something being the elder siblings can understand? Or maybe I am just a tiny bit too strict on the concept of discipline.

Bee posed me a new problem. Not a simple tys (duh!) and it is giving me a headache. How can i help ?

[[t0ts]]

Anything in excess is never good. Yes indeed. Last time I ranted about lack of time, now I have too much time in hand. I used to worry about unfinished TYS and now I have to think what DVDs I want to watch next.

Practically wasted the holidays till now. Woke @ 2 in the afternoon, slpt at 2 in the morning. This 12-hr sleep might help if I am a model, but sadly I am not. Get a job ? Yeah sure, I wanted to. How the heck am I suppose to know when are we comfirming the trip ? For once I didnt want to go overseas.

I lost my purpose. That means I lost life. That sucks.

[[Mmmm]]

I moved my lazy butts to Nokia Care Center at WDL only to find it flooded with people. Took a peak @ the Samsung one and there is not a single soul in sight. How could I be so stupid to listen to my dad and bought that 6111 ?

Gave up in the end, and went searching for my Meji chocs. Guess what? There ain't any in Woodlands!!!!!!!! What's the problem with that mall ? Such a big mall in fact. Had to take a train back to my homeplace to buy.

YES ! Watson's got the Meji Meltykiss. Woot. Okay la, maybe it cant be compared to Godiva or Royce, but being jobless and poor I couldnt affort even 1 ball from those places. Come to think of it, it was a waste of money. $4 for a strip of sticker called neoprints ytd. Another $3 for a box of chocs. Plus together can eat a meal seh.

Told that ultra duper busy dog of mine that in any case Mago gen 2 is out of stock, an endless supply of Meji chocs will suffice.

They postponed the gathering to Sat. Somehow I keep having the cross image of Jinlong with Xiangyou. 2 totally unrelated person. Must be cos of Suwati.. tsk tsk. Am currently having second thoughts about going. Got a feel that I would be out, since I never really belonged to 6/7 but by sheer luck, I'd managed to get close to some of the girls and of course that 2 Mr. Ongs.

Jian will probably kill me if I said I wun be going. Other than that I see no reason to...

Yes? No?

[[sk|ns]]

Thanks to the ultra free time I have, I decided to waste part of my energy on re-doing the blogskin. The previous one was antique.

Anyway this should work on Firefox well =) Fret not, it is IE friendly as well.
It's time I repay my happy time in YJ back to my dear 124 and 221. BBQs, prom, school pics all in one. Guess it sums up everything; or at least an attempt to.

I just realised I don't need to work. So long I am engross in doing something ( ie. doing up a nice bg for the blog) I won't feel bored. I don't mean slping, eating, watchin movie and reading books

Thing is, those things I want to do ? They require money. Sigh. Somebody!! Spare some. I cant work until in Jan.

Alright, time to use that OSIM already. Or is it OTO ?

[[gym]]

Never will I step into gym again, unless it is my own. Except bathing at the gym, the rest was horrendous. Knowing that I would do the threadmill area stuff even though I dun wan to sux. Perhaps because I shitted out my lunch earlier, so I was ultra hungry.

I shall use the OSIM thingy to massage my leg later =P my dad bought the perfect gift for my ma, and it is up to me to exploit heh!

I shall die as an unhealty woman who remain slim thanks to those stupid pills (no lipo please!) and my high bmr.

Yes.

[[BBQ]]

Mel's hse was so nice. Mel's parents were nice. Mel wasnt nice =P nah, just kidding. Reached his house early and went to steal tons of dvds n vcds to keep myself entertained for the long long long holidays.

The trio (minus Bel) went and bbq-ed the stuff 1st, while we @ the comfort of Mel's hse stayed and watched Star Awards... sigh had to watch again, coz i missed the top 10 =( Pretty irritated @ 1st coz of 2 idiots whom I didnt wish to see. N Lao shi forgot all abt it RAH! Sim n Irene were in NZ... HMMMM...Oh wells.

I did my kitchen job - peeling potatoes and mashing them (10%) and went down 2 e bbq pit to "hong" my otah. Didnt eat much, since it was bbq food afterall. Took pics though, more than what I ate. Could not resist the lure of the pool and went strolling in it.

RM Twins damn mean.. they sent me pictures of the guy who got rammed by the MRT in Yishun. Totally disguesting( I del-ed it :P ) Maybe coz I ate the bbq stuff already, so the eletrocuted, rammed guy looks like the chicken I ate so I didnt felt mcuh. Yet the way the body was twisted... unforgettable.

Remy Ong lost to the Korean guy =( and got silver =) sigh... reeked of bbq smell cos I was watching Remy... shall pom pom now...

[[k0r]]

Kor grew up le !!!! After knowing him for 13 years( yep please feel free to guess his age) Okay la, he grew up long time ago after he got the realisation that interest comes before money. In a crude way he told me how money matters and how it doesnt. My dad told me long time, and his way wasnt as crude :P Come to think of it, I was momentarily happy when my cousin talked such thing with me. It made me felt as though, hey ! I got an elder bro. That boy who used to put me upside-down thru his kitchen window was gone !

Nonetheless I do understand the concept. Yet, the idea of part-time jobs is for the sake of money isnt it ? It is when we touch on the subject of CAREERS that do we consider where our interests lie and what sort of future we want to paint. Right ?

Just thinking about thinking future gives me headache

[[pr0m]]

All in all it wasnt as bad as I imagined. Only much worse. The food sux. The way they served the food sux. Those waiter/waitress had a good time getting the cash just by serving the drinks.
The MC... was the most luo suo 1 I ever seen. Kept ranting relentlessly about 1 topic, digressing further and further. N that very 1st gay game ? It went abit overboard (yep, melvin would have agree to this) with that disgusting idiot, whom even my interviewer called him irritating. Thank goodness for the save by Ian and Vincent.

Everyone at my table was pissed about how the king n queen were chose, personally we though SY suppose 2 be up there, apparently it the "judges" cant see well in the dark, did I heard the sc were part of it ? Well of course! tt is the reason. Anyway while we agree to who the king was, by pairing with him, it is obvious that she would be the de facto queen. So no excitement there.

Thank goodness for the company, else we would had been bored to death. Yet however, perhaps it was due to jet-lag or tiredness, some secretly felt that this person was being too un-glam, too loud on that day, wayyyy louder than me on normal days. I behaved quite well =P despite that stupi blisters.

Ton-ed over @ pinkie's hse. Much to my delight =) !!! Took some spastic pic while on our way to buy junk food at.... 1am? Sad thing those ns-guys in the neesoon camp were aslpt. Binged on the junkies while watching hana kimi till 5. The main focus was wu zun thou... and it was hilarious to watch pinkie as well.

Fun day! Thou not as memorable as the sec 4 one... oh well I am glad anyway =)

[[D?j? Vu]]

D?j? Vu - an action packed movie with a lead that had an attitude like David and also very sadly, a bad, stupid happily ever after ending that spoilt the whole movie (not that i am complaining)

Scope of the movie is too small. Focusing on finding the terrorist who bombed a ship. Killing only 500 odd people. The use of that advanced tech was really wasted and abused. Since this movie is dedicated to people of New Orleans, I shan't complain much.

For those people who are bad at sciences or who are f-ing slow at reading subtitles and/or understanding ang-moh accents, they would find the movie hard to understand, I could sense retards like that in the girl's toilet after the movie. Not that I am that great a listener or anything, but to not get any part of the movie except the jokes makes me think that either the movie really sucks or the person is f-ing retarded and I'd like to agree with the latter. =)

A great concept the movie had, I meant the technology. Might come true in the future? I wish =P

I must be sick in the head to risk my health that way. (Actually, not very risky) Point is, I went to my aunt's house, knowing full well that my nephew just recovered from hand foot mouth disease.
(As i am typing now, the contact lens are shrinking woophee)

My nephew is still as cute as ever and I was glad to go over =P I've got dvds to watch and storybooks to read. Damn, I sound more n more like a zai nv. Nahs, going to watch DEJA VU tml!!! Thanks once again to hip.

Tues is prom's day !!! Cant wait to pay that $50, er, I mean have a fun time. This is the reason why I wore contacts today, eeks horrible feeling, though I like the touch of my eyeballs hahahaha!

My nephew is cute and so am I :P

[[|rr|+@+|ng]]

I had not been in a good mood recently despite this long holiday. Really have to thank these people for it.

What I thought at first as an entertainment became an irritant to me. How I wish for the day she was sleeping over in the hotel, leaving me the room in peace. Her bloody attitude angered so many of my relatives, I could not help wondering how ironic is her wish of wanting a "homey family"

Oh what about the other 1? The one commonly being called bastard. I am already desensitise to such words, please feel free to enlighten me with more. This is the 2nd stick he had spoilt. What's wrong with him ? Cant he just surf his "CARS: The movie" website in peace with the mouse and keyboard without touching my stuff ? Why must he twist n turn whatever he sees ?

I just realise they both have a very idiotic behaviour. The speakers are attached to the monitor for a reason : To either blast your music or to @ least let you hear whatever NOISE you want to hear. They had to plug in my headphones for the ipoddie. CAN THEY GET IT INTO THEIR PIG HEAD THAT A) THIS IS MINE. B) IT WILL SPOIL THE THING WITHOUT ME SCREAMING ?

I have decided, those money in his (ahem, MINE) piggybank ? Shall be donated to my lip balm foundation. Twist and turn it one more time, I make sure the balm cost $100 before I buy it. Damnation.

In case you want to make friends with such wonderful people, feel free to contact me. Did I mention they lived under the same roof as me ? Such behaviours, according to Darwin's theory ain't inheritable. They are caused by environment. So no, my parents aint like that, and na da for me. Hope Darwin's words are true, if not, I wouldnt want to know my possible nephews and nieces.

More bedtime stories of the "Incorrigible sibilings" next time( It would surely be soon)
